These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 22phjoin ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 22phjoin website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the 22phjoin platform, or using any of our Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 22phjoin platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 22phjoin.

To register and use the 22phjoin platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. 22phjoin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 22phjoin, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 22phjoin platform or any affiliated gaming service.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. 22phjoin reserves the right to conduct verification checks at any time and to request supporting documentation to confirm your eligibility.

To access real-money gaming services on 22phjoin, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or closure.

• One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 22phjoin account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 22phjoin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account Verification (KYC): 22phjoin may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Non-Transferability: Your 22phjoin account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

22phjoin reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the 22phjoin platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 22phjoin supports deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as may be made available from time to time.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to your 22phjoin account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 22phjoin account in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. 22phjoin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• 22phjoin does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 22phjoin bears no responsibility.
• 22phjoin reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming or regulatory compliance purposes.
• All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks. 22phjoin may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account.

22phjoin is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. Our target processing time for standard withdrawals is 15 minutes from the time of approval, subject to the conditions set out below.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200, unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations.
• Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete the KYC verification process and provide all required documentation to the satisfaction of 22phjoin's compliance team.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to review and may be delayed where 22phjoin has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• 22phjoin reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected irregular activity on your account.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Please refer to the specific bonus terms applicable to each promotion.
• 22phjoin does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution.

If a withdrawal request cannot be processed due to a technical issue or payment provider limitation, 22phjoin will notify you and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

22phjoin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 22phjoin reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or the exploitation of software errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
• Modification and Withdrawal: 22phjoin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22phjoin platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the 22phjoin platform.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the 22phjoin platform or any of its games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating in multiplayer or live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed by 22phjoin.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 22phjoin staff or other players.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your 22phjoin account.

All content on the 22phjoin platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the property of 22phjoin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 22phjoin platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 22phjoin platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use any 22phjoin trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of 22phjoin's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law. 22phjoin reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22phjoin, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or platform downtime.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions, provided that 22phjoin takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.

22phjoin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 22phjoin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

22phjoin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 22phjoin players:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to help manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: You may configure session duration reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.

You may close your 22phjoin account by contacting our customer support team, provided that there are no pending withdrawal requests, active bonuses subject to wagering requirements, or ongoing investigations relating to your account.

22phjoin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• 22phjoin has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct in connection with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• You are found to be ineligible to use the Services under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate the closure of your account.
• 22phjoin decides to discontinue the Services in whole or in part.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to an ongoing investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any required verification procedures.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and 22phjoin, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. Our support team is available 24/7 and will endeavor to resolve your concern promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, you agree that the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 22phjoin with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
